Local Businesses Supported
The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians have created a $1,000,000 Small Business Relief Fund to bring financial assistance to 50 small businesses throughout their ancestral territory and beyond during this incredibly difficult time. With the state’s COVID-19 crisis and resulting Stay at Home Order, many businesses have been facing the reality of employee layoffs or the threat of shuttering permanently. Each small business will each receive a $20,000 lifeline to help their business not only survive, but to thrive.
The relief funding will provide a hand-up to businesses by providing financial support in the following areas. The fund will be managed and distributed through the Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP) working in collaboration with San Manuel’s Strategic Philanthropy Team.
