The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians brought together local youth at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex for an opportunity to learn fundamental soccer skills from the Los Angeles Football Club on June 11, 2022.
Over 60 children participated in various drills – like dribbling, penalty kicks and passing – as LAFC players and coaches assisted in the activities. The clinic ended with a scrimmage match between youth participants and LAFC players, as kids put their new-found skills to use against professional athletes.
The youth soccer clinic highlighted the efforts by San Manuel to engage families in the community, while encouraging health and wellness for all age groups.
