San Manuel Golf Tournament Raises $480,000 For Nonprofits

The San Manuel Golf Tournament raised $480,000 for tribal, local and national nonprofits, making it the largest year for funds raised at the annual event. Through this annual event, the Tribe has donated more than $3 million to 50 over nonprofit organizations. The event started July 25 with a celebration and a check presentation of $60,0000 each to eight nonprofits: Elevate Navajo, Southwest Indigenous Women's Coalition, Junior Achievement of Southern California, Firefighter Cancer Support Network, Lindy Waters III Foundation, Growing Inland Achievement, Phenix Gateway, and Social Work Action Group.
