Community youth will now enjoy three renovated baseball field at Blair Park in San Bernardino thanks to a $1,296,268 grant from the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians to the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation. This grant transformed three fields in the park into Dreamfields to serve over 9,000 youth. On December 14, a groundbreaking was held to celebrate the opening of the new Dreamfields. The renovations include regrading, new infield mix, new grass, new dugout roofs, new scoreboards and field signage.
The fields are inclusive, designed to accommodate various age groups and meet Little League regulations. With this, San Manuel hopes to reinforce healthy communities and empower young athletes.
